darà a tutte le Cinture Nere Europee - che hanno aderito al tesseramento GUMA (in possesso del Diploma GUMA) la possibilità di richiedere anche il DIPLOMA E TESSERA TECNICA rilasciati dall'ENTE SPORTIVO NAZIONALE LIBERTÀ.
Rendendo così più ufficiali in Europa il loro titolo di studio e la loro qualificazione tecnica.

Thus making their educational qualification and technical qualification more official in Europe.

GUMA annually appoints delegates for each nation.
To be formalized as operational delegates, these will have to register their own Dojo and during the year register other Dojos to further formalize their presence in the territories assigned to them - Their appointment is annual and renewable based on their operational position at the end of the year.
